OUR MISSION
At BLCA, we strive to train, educate, and empower young entrepreneurs across Africa, fostering prosperity and providing alternatives to dangerous illegal immigration.
The Challenge
Every year, over 2,000 people from Africa lose their lives in the desert and the Mediterranean Sea while attempting to escape poverty, chasing dreams of a better life in Europe or America.

We believe in creating opportunities at home. By empowering young Africans with entrepreneurial skills and resources, we're building a future where prosperity doesn't require risking one's life.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES TO YOUTH
We are in constant search of ideas and funds to help as many young entrepreneurs as possible. We select and fund existing small businesses, and we help them grow to their best potential. We also study new projects, and we provide entrepreneurs with the training and funds needed to make them succeed.
TRAINING AND FOLLOW-UP
Today’s African youth need a helping hand and the right guidance at every stage. Here’s where we take care of them and help them make the right choices. We have partnered with experienced professionals who are always ready to share their advice. Our teams also make sure to follow up every step of the way until the entrepreneurs are financially stable.
FOSTERING DEVELOPMENT
We partner with organizations that train and employ young Africans so they can live out their dreams for themselves and their families. With the decrease in unemployment rate, communities are transformed, and fewer people make the bad decision to engage in illegal immigration practices.
